[Chemical Composition] Alkylphenol Polyoxyethylene Ether
[Type] Nonionic
[HLB value] 11.5-12.5 (theoretical value)
[Technical Indicators]
Appearance: yellowish to colorless viscous liquid (visual at 25 C)
P H value: 5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Cloud Point: 40-50 C (1% Aqueous Solution)
Permeability: > 60 seconds (0.1% aqueous solution), > 100% of standard substance (JFC)
[Performance and characteristics]
1. It is soluble in water and has excellent permeability. It does not affect the permeability above the cloud point.
2. As penetrant in textile industry, it can be used in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization and other processes. It can be used as penetration aid in dyeing bath and finishing bath.
3. Leather industry can be used as penetrant or degreaser.
4. It has strong ability to wash wool, easy to wash all kinds of grease and soft handle.
[Application]
1. Penetration: In textile, printing and dyeing, finishing and other processes, this auxiliary can be used for those who can not use anionic penetrating agent, and the dosage is generally 1-5 g/L.
2. Desizing: When enzymatic desizing (starch slurry) is used, JFC can accelerate desizing. The general dosage is about 0.1% of liquid weight.
3. Chemical fibre scouring: When acetate fibers and other synthetic fibre products are scoured, JFC2-5g/L and 5g/L sodium chloride are added to the scouring solution to improve the scouring effect.
4. Wool Cleaning: JFC has the ability to wash wool. It will not stay on the wool after use. It has no yellowing and other defects. The fiber feel is soft. The penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic environment. It can be combined with soap in hard water or used alone. The suitable temperature for use is 40-50 C.
5. Wool carbonization: JFC 0.5~1g/L can be added to wool carbonization, which can shorten the carbonization time, reduce acid content and improve the carbonization effect.
[Packaging and Storage and Transportation]
200 kg iron barrel, 50 kg plastic barrel packaging. Storage and transportation of general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is two years.
