一. Product performance

1. The liquid is a reddish brown viscous liquid, and the solid is a pale yellow amorphous body.

2. The treated wastewater has a fast sedimentation rate, good dewatering performance and less sludge.

3. The product has a high removal rate of phosphorus and COD, generally reaching 93-99%; there is also a certain removal rate for color and suspended matter.

4. There is less residual metal ions in the treated water, which will not cause secondary pollution; it has no effect on the biological bacteria.

5. Use a PH range between 5.0 and 7.5.

四. Usage and dosage

1. The dosage of the chemical can be added to the aeration tank or the secondary sedimentation tank, or the aeration tank can be used to feed water or return to the mud channel. For the activated sludge process and the biological turntable process, the chemical phosphorus removal process is adopted. .

2. Liquid products can be directly added, or diluted and metered. Before the solid is used, it needs to be prepared into an aqueous solution of about 10-50%, and then metered and added.

3. The general dosage is 0.5-1/1000, and the dosage is increased when the high concentration wastewater is treated. 

 五. Cautions

1. Slightly corrosive, the operator must be equipped with labor protection facilities.

2. Non-toxic, non-explosive and burning hazard.

3. Store in stainless steel drums or plastic drums or glass reinforced plastic; shelf life is 2 years.
